Every Just Clean Windows & Gutters cleaning includes the following, with no upsells and no surprises:

• Full gutter clear-out: We pull out the leaves, roof grit, dirt, built-up gunk, and any standing water sitting in the channels.
• Reachable roof debris: If we can get to it from the ground with the vacuum, we'll clear loose debris off the roof too, especially in the valleys and the other spots where water runs.
• Downspout flow check: We make sure water's actually coming out the bottom of the downspout. This doesn't cover underground drain lines.
• Light finishing rinse: We finish with a light rinse to move out any loose residue. We don't pressure wash your home, fascia, siding, or paint.
• Cleanup when we're done: Anything that falls to the ground during the job, we pick up.
• Bagged and set aside: We bag the debris and leave it by your trash bins, or wherever you tell us at checkout.
